Louis Yancich I am looking for any hats that can look good while conducting Masonic Lodge. This had does not meet the standards. I thought it would, but it looks too weird on a fat guy. the Tall Derby does much better.

Circus Moves Many years ago I bought a fancy, lined, "crushable" bowler at a hat shop in Carmel, CA and it's been my go-to for every nearly every gig ever since. Recently it went missing and after searching high and low for over a month, and only finding hard Bowlers or obviously cheap imitations, I finally found just what I needed here. I wish the sweat band were black rather than tan, and I miss my fancy lining, but in all other ways this hat is perfect and I plan to buy another one to have on hand just in case. Thanks for such a fine product!

I haven't had the courage to crush it, but I trust that it works just fine. I am very happy with my purchase.

John T Smith Does not fit as the size suggests. Because the material is crushable, it is also stretchable, and needs some material aded to the sweat band to fit better.

WeirDave I love this hat!!! It's soft and pliable and will bounce back when you have to pack it in small spaces. It looks great and it feels great as it is soft wool. Definitely worth the money!

daniel This hat is super attractive. I am happy I chose Historical Emporium. The description is completely accurate and I appreciate it is made of great material. I have not actually crushed the hat but sometimes I dent the top and the hat maintains it shape after. I really enjoy the hat.

andi This hat truly is crushable but then bounces right back into shape. My husband has wanted a bowler for a while and this one is his second from the emporium. We are very pleased with the quality and will be the most fashionable campers ever!

Kevin Kruger not excellent. This hat lacks a certain pizazz. That said, it's far better than the other offered here - the wool one - which is wrongly sized and so stiff and hard as to be virtually unwearable. This one is comfortable and properly sized.

Herb The hat is exactly what I needed to complete work costume. I work for a 1880-1900 theme park and even though they supply my costume I needed/wanted a hat of the period to complete my individual look. It worked perfect. The hat is made of very good materials and feels great on. I am very pleased with my purchase.
