Fee-Fi-Faux! Our Dummy Cartridges (set of 6) only look bad to the bone; these dummy cartridges are perfectly harmless and ideal for reenactments of Wild West revelry.

These cartridges WILL ONLY fit in the chamber of our 1873 western replica pistols. These are sized much smaller than the standard .45 caliber ammunition and are made to be loaded into the Custom Sized Cylinders of our Repical Pistols. They will NOT fit in ammo loops sized for a .45 caliber. Cannot be fired. Imported.

It had a fell of realism. Great purchase!

Make sure this is what you want

While the price is good if a .22 type replica slug will work for you then maybe this will suit your needs. But while they are metal in person they will look toy like because of the entire brass look of it.

Dummy Cartridges

Look great, but loose fit in the revolver and do not fit western belt and fall through making them unusable for display on the belt.

I wish that the cartidges that went into the pistol looked like the ones that go into the holster belt - had a gray end to look like a real cartridge.

almost perfect

They do their job by filling the cylinder so the revolver looks loaded. The only issue I had, and its a small one, is the tips are brass colored and I'd prefer the detail of the tips being gray. I suppose I'll have to do that myself.
