Bill Flanigan This is elegant, but also a serious cane that will support a heavy man. Only complaint is that the handle would not stay tight. Got some bolt lock liquid at the hardware store and that worked fine.

Scramcat I bought this cane as a gift for a disabled friend. When the box arrived, he said he was surprised how much it weighed. And when he opened it up, he was amazed at how beautiful and sturdy the cane was. In fact, his physical therapist approved it as a medical device so he can use it every day! My friend was overjoyed and feels quite stately now that he's starting to walk again. If you're considering this cane as an assistive device be sure to discuss it with your medical professionals, it might be suitable for you as well.
