Henderson Trousers - Black/White

I first ordered a 34 which was much too small - I then tried exchanging for 36 but these trousers are very popular and sell out quick! Thankfully the staff are very helpful; after measuring again I decided to get a 38 (only size available) and it frankly is perfect given you can cinch it. My advice? Go way larger than you think - these pants have practically no give like vanity jeans might and you want to be comfortable sitting down.

Regarding the styling, I was initially worried the stripes were just vinyl printed on but after further inspection this is not the case. The pants are way less cartoony in person as well, perfect for a german expressionist or Tim Burton style look, if you're into that sort of thing. Yes they are very long but I like cuffing pants personally.

sadly this was worn at my close friend's funeral. Leonard from Historical Emporium was very helpful over the phone to assist in an online order for personal pick up as I needed them in a short time before the memorial. The pants were ready for my pick up Leonard was patient and accommodating. The pants are beautifully tailored, good stitching and well made. Great Christmas present for husband

Got these trousers for a 'Once-ler' Halloween costume but I know I will wear them for many events and costumes. They're good quality and well made. Accurate fit

Nice trousers. Waist size is accurate. The only negative thing I have to say is that the leg length is intentionally oversized adding more needless expense and inconvenience if have them altered.
How hard/costly would it be to offer specific inseam length options like most other clothing manufacturers?

These are great quality vintage pants. I recommend getting the suspendors; it has buttons ready for vintage suspenders. Pant bottoms are unhemmed.

Ordered one size larger that my normal size and they fit great. Nice dress weight material and seem to be well made.

The trousers did have to be taken up as stated. The stripes look nice and the material is of good quality.

Pants are a most if like pinstripes as I do and also seem really well made. Do come long but nothing a few stitches won't fix.

These pants ran incredibly small on the waist and were almost obscenely long. It is a shame because the design is so beautiful.

the comments I got with the trousers stunned me. They are beautiful, comfortable and high quality. This is why I only shop for cloths at the Emporium. I wear the styles every day and they start the test of use very, very well.

I bought a 36", normally wear a 34".
Fit great. Was still a good looking trim enough look.
Used hem tape and a couple pins for length adjust.
Added suspenders and a hat.
Was well dressed for a 20's party.

I don't know if you all could've done this, but if the pants could've come pre-hemmed that would have been perfection. Unfortunately I didn't even think to ask.

Fantastic Quality

These are the best quality you can imagine and ther are affordable to boot! Very pleased.

These pants are perfect for so many occasions. Used them for a theatrical production and they took a lot of abuse and held up very well. Very well constructed. Note that they do fit very snuggly so definitely order at least a whole size up from your normal size. They also come up higher than traditional modern pants so they will need to be fitted in the upper torso and not just around the lower stomach. Measure accordingly for sizing. Highly recommend!
