These gloves have lines running through the lace that look like black seams that always seem to be crooked. I also wish I had looked for a pair that had a lace ruffle around the wrist. Because they are not made of natural fiber they make my hands very hot, despite the open weave. I will keep them, but have not been wearing them in the very warm weather we have been having.
beautiful well made gloves would purchase again will recommend
My daughter is a Victorian buff and thoroughly enjoyed these as her birthday present. She has long fingers and slim hands and they fit perfectly.
These gloves are really only made for one use. But you must not pick anything up with them that has rough edges. These gloves will catch on the smallest thing. They unraveled at the cuff and the finger tips. They tore at the base of the third finger on both gloves. They are flimsy and NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL. They need to be made with stronger materials and made in sizes. I wore them once and could not wear them again. I tried to repair them but that was useless. Not worth the money!.
These gloves fit beautifully and are so very feminine. I love wearing them to our "teas" that we hold, plus, they make me feel very old world, indeed. I am not in to the gothic look, and they are beautiful with a black dress and hat. So glad I found them.
