This parasol is misrepresented on your website,it is pictured twice as the colour black ,all black ,your website sates the colour is black,what I received was a parasol with a black fabric top ,but the handle is a light colour tan.The white parasol is pictured with a light colour handle ,that is correct.I am disappointed.

My mom is 86 and goes for a walk every morning to meet her lady friends at the coffee shop. Now, on those very hot and sunny days, she has a beautiful parasol to give her a little cover. She loves it, and it's light as a feather, and easy to carry. And thank you to Marie in Customer Service for helping me to choose another color, when my first choice was sold out.

I bought this as a birthday present and the recipient seems pleased. Shipped(standard) in two days from California to Ohio! Other sellers sometimes take weeks before they even send an item to the shipper. It came well packaged too.

This black lace parasol is not only the perfect complement for my goth teen's look but much sturdier thank it looks and it feels well made. The mechanism for opening and closing doesn't feel flimsy or fragile.

I bought this for my wife to have a bit of cover during the Cowboy Action Shooting matches. She loves it and I think it is beautiful! It works flawlessly and she has received quite a number of compliments about the parasol, and no one else has one like hers. Great product!!

Bought this for my goth fiance who is literally allergic to the sun. Came very quickly, looks terrific and works very well.

Parasol arrived in seemingly good condition, I like the quality of the lace and of the mechanism seems sturdy enough, but the second time I opened it I noticed one of the spindles had broken from the top and twisted at the joint, making it impossible to close properly. I wouldn't advise people against it for casual use, just be extra careful when you close it that everything is lined up on the inside.

Like a novel

The parasol was lovely and I love the color. The only complaint I have is that the color is slightly darker than in the picture, but there was no issue as it sill matched the outfit it was intended to go with and this is likely due to the lighting used in the picture rather than false or faulty advertising.

I bought this as a Christmas present for a close friend. Unknown to me it was something she had wanted for some time. She loved it. from the lace pattern to the colors. One of the reasons I also picked it was I wanted a wood handle.
I feel it's well made, looks good. the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the small plastic slide on it.

Bought for my daughter-in-law after she had my first grandchild. She was very pleased.

In your photo, the parasol canopy appeared to be solid for sun protection (as advertised) , however, it had decorative holes, which allowed the sun rays to shine through. My wife needs full protection, so I had to return it. The USPS cost of return was $17.00+, which I had to pay out of pocket. I thought that there should have been a return label enclosed in the box, but NO !! So obviously I will not be purchasing any more of your nice products online. This experience with Historical Emporium cost me $17.00+. The parasol was quite pretty, but not functional.

I love my new parasol. It matches the hat I recently bought through historical emporium. It also matches the Victorian dress I bought last year. Finally my outfit is complete! I’m happy with the quality and look of my outfit.

LOVE the parasol and matching fan. The quality is top shelf and they were packed securely in a rigid tube to avoid any damage. I would definitely do business with Historical Emporium again.
