R. Ayers I bought this hat for my wife's birthday to top off a suffragette impression she is building. She hasn't seen it yet, but it's impressive - black net over a black fabric base, lined in red satin. It has appropriate trims, including black ribbon, a small black ostrich plume, and black silk flowers. It could easliy be trimmed even more, but it's good to wear out of the box. It's appropriately large for the Edwardian period. All in all, a very nice hat!

Tammy Woodward I purchased this hat to go with a ca. 1918 suffragette costume for Halloween. The hat arrived on time and was packaged very well. There was a strong odor (probably the dye) to the hat when it arrived, but after airing for a few days in my office the odor was completely gone. The quality is excellent in the lace, flowers, ribbon, and overall construction of the hat. It fit my 22 inch round head perfectly. I received lots of compliments on my costume for Halloween!
