An ensemble actor costume. Easy upgrade, change out poly lace, interesting buttons for cf vertical visual lengthening. Add period accurate trim. Didn't love the sleeve flounce this go round, easily changed. Skirt pattern is good for a community college needs.

The Lucille walking suit is a good value for the price. I was looking for a polonaise-style suit, and this is perfect!

This says it is royal blue, but it is actually a floral print design. Other than that it is a nice outfit. It doesn't match the shiny vest I bought my husband to wear.
I am not sure if I got the wrong dress or if this is supposed to be floral print. I was thinking it was blue satin but it is not.

I am truly pleased with this purchase. It was somewhat more than I was planning to spend, but once I saw it and tried it on, I forgot about the price and just enjoyed the look. I'm really looking forward to wearing it at our Gold Rush event. Will add a hat and shawl to match.

I was impressed with the quality of the dress. I had a Wild West themed event to attend and this dress was perfect. I am sure I will make good use of it. I bought the white lace up boots to finish off the look.

My husband particpates in an Annual Gentlemen's Motorcycle ride and I wanted an outfit that would match his look. This suit is beautifully made. Since we live in Colorado and have lot's of red dirt and dust, I expect the white ruffles will quickly get dirty and will probably add some black ruffles to the bottom hem. I have to admit I only own one white tank top and that is it for that color here! Did I say my husband loves me in this??

I'm a man, years ago for Galveston's Dickens on the Strand, my late wife got one of these in brown, and I got a merchant outfit - the frock coat, vest, top hat, etc. This year, a new lady friend of mine and I decided to be a little wacky for the Houston Museum of Natural Science Halloween party. My late wife's outfit was a pinch too tight, so I got this for me. I was an 1880's lady sheriff, handcuffs, etc, I tell everyone how well made, authentic and comfortable the clothes are and hope to get more friends to buy from you as we all go to Dickens this year. People are used to stuff from Party City or those temporary Halloween stores and are really impressed with high class stuff and are of an age that we can spend a little more on fun. (but I'm done with any gender bender til next Halloween)

Ordered this dress because I would not have had time to make it myself. Was very pleased with the quality & workmanship! The fabric has a really nice feel to it, is a good weight, & the structure of the dress is very detailed & finished off very well. The color & print is beautiful & there is a lot of fabric in the skirt! I will wear it with a hoop slip underneath! Can't wait to wear it for our upcoming party!
