This long, ruffled skirt can be worn a variety of ways thanks to two ribbon ties at the front. Wear it ruched on one side for a gypsy-inspired look, cinch up both sides for a showgirl style, or let it down for a more traditional Victorian vibe. Fastens with a side zipper.
