Papillon Gloves - Black

My wife loves her dainty little new gloves. Very elegant!

We went to the Great Dickens Christmas Fair and enjoyed :-)

They are lovely and comfortable. The buttons are stamped with butterfly design. The finger tips for touch on electronic devices are a bit clumsy but once you adapt they work as promised.

I bought these gloves for a formal daytime steampunk outfit I'm putting together, and I am very impressed with them! They fit well, look amazing, and work well with my smartphone. I love the leather trim! I would recommend these gloves to anyone.

These gloves fit beautifully and look lovely. The fabric is soft but appears durable. Best of all, one can operate a touchscreen phone with them on! I will definitely be purchasing more pairs of these gloves!

Fit and look prefect. I don't have the most dandy hands, but this material is forgiving and has a little stretch. Can't wait till Autumn.

These are nice and stretchy. I have chubby hands and it's always a gamble whether gloves bought online will fit, but these fit great!

Black gloves with silver buttons that almost look like pewter. Lots of nice detail. I was very pleased.

These gloves are the perfect autumn or spring pair perfectly suited to everyday wear. Black stretchy polyester with lovely fine details around the ornamental straps and stitching with the cutest butterfly engraving on the small metal buttons. But the best part is the "touchscreen finger" which surprisingly works really well and I can now look forward to the first cold morning I need to break out these classic looking gloves that suit both modern and more classical looks.

Nice quality and a good fit. A lady goes nowhere without her gloves. A nice addition to my other authentic clothing.

Good pair of gloves that come with mesh over the thumb and index finger tip to allow you to text and operate your phone without needed to take them off! (I have not tried texting yet though so don't quote me on performance yet.) I wish the buttons were metal and a little more sturdier, but they're lovely all the same. A great piece to own and fit like a glove! ;)

I wanted a simple comfortable and versatile pair of gloves. Which I found in this pair. They're comfortable I have slightly smaller hands and they still fit me well. I like the finishing touches of the buttons with little butterflies on them. The fingertips have a special patch that you can use your smartphones as well. I did like that. For the price you won't find a classier pair of gloves.

Loved these gloves... Perfect addition to my cosplay to celebrate a Victorian Christmas. Kept my hands warm and toasty, and was pleasantly surprised that the index fingers were smartphone compatible! It was a detail that was most welcomed. Thanks again!

These gloves are well made and absolutely adorable on. My daughter plans to use them as her winter gloves this year. I think they're a great value and highly recommend them.

Got these as a gift for my girlfriend. She uses them while driving and loves them! Apparently they're thin enough to pull off easily, but warm enough to keep her hands from freezing off when she touches the steering wheel. A good buy.

I love these gloves. Simple, elegant and beautiful, made with obvious craftsmanship and high quality materials. They're thin enough to toss in my purse, but warm enough to warm my hands if there's a chill in the air.

I love these gloves. They look great with everything, and they're decently warm for someone who is always cold. The best part is the way they hug each finger. The only thing is it came unraveled at the seam at the wrist after just wearing them a few times. Nothing came of it, I wore them the rest of the winter and it didn't come unraveled that much more or undermine the integrity of the material. It's just sad it had to happen so soon. I could probably sew it up real fast if I wasn't so lazy...but I shouldn't have to. Oh well.

These gloves are awesome. I bought them to class-up my winter outfits and they totally did the job! Unfortunately the buttons are plastic...and you can tell. But really that's the only problem I have with them and honestly, that's just put me on a button search so I can replace them myself. The fit of the gloves is wonderful considering I have big, wide palms! (Most gloves don't fit me at all!)
All in all I give a solid 4 stars :)

These are lovely gloves. They are a synthetic (like an isotoner), so if you are looking for a more historically accurate fabric, these might not be for you. BUT, if you want a nice pair of gloves, that will do for most situations, these are the ones. I have small hands and they fit nicely.

I love these gloves. Comfortable and attractive. I wish they came in brown too. Probably getting an extra pair so I can have one with silver buttons and one with my own brass steampunk buttons.

Beautiful gloves, they complete an outfit and the little details on the buttons are pretty!
