Almost an unofficial uniform, our Pemberton Shirt was standard issue for many hardworking men of the 1800s. Practical, durable, and dependable, it remains a timeless staple for today’s vintage-inspired wardrobe.

Styled in a traditional pull-over design, this shirt features a half-placket with pewter buttons and a wide fold-down collar. Long sleeves provide protection from sun and trail debris, while the classic cut reflects authentic period workwear styling.

Made from 100% cotton. Imported. Machine wash cold; tumble dry low. Offered in several color options.

Once again Gentlemen's Emporium have delivered the goods. The Pemberton is a high quality shirt. It was worn over the Christmas period and was admired by onlookers as unique, and interesting in contrast to today's fashions and designs. The shirt is slightly more yellowy than depicted.......its not so white as you might think from the picture. BUT.....thats not critisism.......the garment stands up well in my expectations. 5 stars??? I'd give it more than that if i could.

This is my favourite favourite shirt from Historical Emporium. The big collar gives you a lot of stylistic flexibility - it can be formal or informal, kind of Byronesque or professorial. I love the off-white colour. Looks good with a cravat or modern tie. Really comfortable and lush. I bought a second one.
