Great shirt... after modifying it with rear collar button to accept a separate collar (as pictured on the web site, though the use of pinning the collar on it for the picture). Next time, advertise items as they REALLY are shipped!

Generally pleased with it. Well constructed, quality shirt. For me, collar too large for sleeve length. Would but more if you had tall thin sizes. I've adjusted the collar down to a 16 1/2, and adjusted the detachable collars I purchased so that they fit.

Beautiful shirt! For anyone who finds themselves in the same situation I found myself in... I am right between a 'Large' and a 'Medium' on their sizing charts. Tried both and ended up keeping the Medium. But in the end, the shirt and the service are wonderful.

A Good Choice

Nice looking lightweight shirt which wears well even during hot summer days in the south. Craftsmanship and material quality are wonderful. With the addition of a small 2-hole button on the collar loop this shirt adapts nicely to the add-on collars, which provides a lot of different looks from one shirt. A distinctive styleed shirt that goes with everything. This is a good choice to keep in your wardrobe.

Excellent but wide in the waist

Purchased a Medium. My usual size is 38-40. Shirt is great but still a bit large for a 38 size. too wide especially in the waist area. Don't know if size Small would be any slimmer in the waist since this is most likely a traditional 'period' style shirt (wider and voluminous).
Happy with the Medium size. Great fabric and style. Comfortable. Consider it a good buy.

Pleated Shirt

I purchased this shirt at the same time as the gambler shirt. They are essentially the same shirt. One has the pleats sewn down, the other does not. One has a loop at the back neck to hold a tie, the other does not. They are both bibfront designs. Only the wearer would know the difference. I sewed buttons onto the back of the necks to use detachable collars. Since the fronts close with a stud, this works quite well. The style and cut are quite proper and ample.
