This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it. He likes watching the little internal gears, etc work.

I purchased this for my husband as a birthday gift. It is absolutely beautiful and my husband loves it. I could not be happier with this purchase and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful time piece.

Great prop that actually works! No need to mess with a battery, looks amazing, and fully functional. My students loved it.

Very pleased with this watch. I have wanted one for a very long time, and this the first one I have found that matched what I saw in my mind's eye. Outstanding quality in my opinion. Need to wind it daily, but I am enjoying that ritual. It is more accurate than I expected, it loses about a minute a week. I think it is simply AWESOME!

The pictures of the watch on the Historical Emporium website were beautiful, but even they did not prepare me for the splendor of the actual article. It is a solid, sturdy piece of jewelry. but with the elegance of a genuine work of art. The Roman numerals are clear, sharp, and easy to read, but you don't need to open the watch to learn the time: you can see the position of the hands through the opening of the case. A matching opening in the dial lets you watch the escapement tick back and forth (I find this both soothing and fascinating). The price is low considering the quality of the watch, and even lower when you consider the pleasure and pride of owning something so lovely.

This watch is very impressive and keeps accurate time when properly wound. I saw a VERY similar watch at a local store, made by the same company and the price they quoted me was $300.00. Glad I found it here first! Thanks, Historical Emporium!

This is a beautiful pocket watch. It arrived in a timely manner wonderfully package.

I love the look of this watch, and it's easy to get mesmerized watching the works "tick". At this price, I'm SURE it's not really gold (probably "gold tone"), but it's close enough for me. The hands are a very fine and small, so it's a little hard to read in dim light, but then how many times will I be doing THAT? Keeps good time, and completes my "Old West" look nicely. As always, delivery was prompt. Thank you Gentleman's Emporium--I'll be back.

The watch is exactly as advertised and often causes comments, all good of course. It's handsome, nostalgic and, so far, keeps good time. The window into the works is especially charming. Great for steampunk parties, Mardi Gras or shopping Trader Joe's!

This watch is a great buy. The finish & pattern on the outside is a bit over the top, but the watch works well, looks good, and the price was unbeatable. I also got it just a couple of days after purchase; The speed was impressive. All in all, a solid purchase.

Nice watch, good weight, and pretty. Unfortunately, it did not work. I wound it and it would work for a few minutes . . . then stop. This is how it went for a few days so I immediately returned. I was VERY pleased when I received an email from customer service letting me know that my return was received. I was even more pleased when I received a personal email from customer service telling me that they read the note I left regarding why I returned the watch, were very sorry for the inconvenience, and were going to comp my return shipping fees. The price of the watch plus what I paid to return it appeared back in my account a lot quicker than I expected. Customer service also invited me to contact them in the future if I had a similar problem with a product so that they could help me avoid any out of pocket expenses. Very nice.

I must say that I also ordered three vests and a frock coat, all of which are great and fit wonderfully. I really like this store.

I am very pleased with this gold tone western pocket watch that I purchased from Historical Emporium. I wear it during cowboy action shooting as a vest pocket watch. I have had many compliments on the watch. For the money, this is an exceptional item. It keeps perfect time and you can see the inner workings of the watch.

This watch has very good weight and nice replica. One issue is that hands are hard to see against the metal's reflextion but no complaints others than that. Time and craftmanship are very good. the watch is highly desirable by family and friends.
