Leslie Pressler Cute and easy to read, I got nervous about installing battery and getting it started after I set time and thought something was wrong so I called customer service twice! Each time I had a pleasant representative, I forgot his name, but he was awesome and reassured me it was ok to push harder, on stem to activate watch, and it worked. I'm very happy with everything so far with shipping, products, customer service and placed another order already!
