A practical and distinctive garment commonly worn by active women during the Victorian era, these riding pants combine decorative styling with functional construction suited for movement and period wear.

Designed with a set-in waist, the pants feature a front zipper with a two-button metal closure, belt loops, and two front pockets. The legs are cut very full, creating a dramatic silhouette consistent with historical riding attire.

Constructed from 100% polyester and left unlined for ease of wear.

The pants measure approximately 39 inches in length. Each pant leg measures approximately 60 inches in diameter at the hem.

Care: Machine wash cold; tumble dry low.

Very good quality

The pants ended up not being proper from the civil war era. But, they are nice and fashionable even for today. They were sent with a signature requirement which almost defeated the purpose of paying extra for quick delivery. If I had known a signature was required I would have waited for the mailman. As it was I did pick them up at the post office the next day. If I hadn't known the postmaster, the package would have gone out on the truck again, and I could have missed it yet again.

These are perfect! The material an size were perfect also! I bought them for old bicycle riding an they worked out just as i had hoped. Will definitely buy from here again for my vintage attire!

Sueded riding pants

This garmet was beautifully made out of quality fabric.
Unfortunately the pair I received had a small flaw in the fabric in a visible area so I had to send them back.

Fit: These riding pants would probably work best on someone 5'4" or taller. Also the waist is very fitted, no give, even though the garmet has lots of flowing fabric.
I'm 5'1" weight 125lbs and the waist on the small was pretty snug ( my waist measures 30")

Absolutely, Gloriously, Perfect!

They fit is as if they were custom sewn for me and me alone. The pockets are fairly horizontal so they don't pooch out badly. The fabric is butter soft, and the rise exactly matches my waist to crotch ratio. They swirl nicely around my legs as I walk like a skirt, but since they are pants, my thighs don't have to be overly friendly. :) As I am not a small woman, my thighs do not always have a civil relationship with each other. I ordered the XL - I have a 40" waist and they measure exactly 39"... I'm okay with this.

I WANT MORE!!! I can totally see what I am wearing this summer.
