This pocket clock is very attractive; I like the flip-open case, and the authentic-old style Roman numerals. I am a volunteer docent and tour guide at the local National Park, and when leading tours for 4th-grade history classes, it comes in handy in teaching the kids how to tell time with an analog watch, for they only seem to know smart phones. Will "clockwise" and "counterclockwise" lose their meaning?

I have been wanting a pocket watch for some time now, but wanted one that didn't need a battery, since I wouldn't be using it that often. I decided to select this pocket watch based on the product description and reviews. I am happy I made this purchase, because the watch is beautiful, is well-made, keeps great time, and I'm sure is something I will always be able to use at my historical-themed events.

I ordered this watch because it came with a chain and looked great with my outfit. It does look
great and keeps good time but because of the fancy cutout on the face of the watch, it is very hard
to see the hands to tell the time. Also, ring on top that holds the chain comes off rather easily.
I do like the watch and its worth what they are charging but its no heirloom.

This watch was every thing I expected and more. I'm lucky enough to have my Great, Great Grandfather's pocket watch, but am very selective where I wear it. This watch, with the exception of the exterior finish (a brighter gold color) is very close to an exact match to his. The ONLY draw back, and it's due to the way I wear it, is the chain is a little short. But that's on me. I don't seem to carry a pocket watch in the traditional manner. If you're looking for a period correct time piece worthy of daily carry, this is your watch.
Shipping was faster than expected. I will be ordering more in the future.

This is a well-crafted pocket watch. Serious piece of hardware. Elegant and functional. This watch makes very little sound for a hand-wound watch. Comes artfully packaged and includes a chain.

This mechanical wind up watch works really good! It never needs batteries and it keeps accurate time. Classic looking time piece and looks beautiful! I am not sure it is waterproof though? It makes a good survival watch.

I have loved pocket watches since I was a kid. This is the first top drawer watch I've owned. It's as accurate as any watch I've ever had. I've used battery operated ones for years, but got so tired of having to replace batteries. No worries winding it daily. Easy to remember. Good watch for preppers too as you never have to worry about batteries!

Absolutely beautiful watch. I had a little problem with a dislodged spring from shipping, which my jeweler fixed for no charge when I had it engraved. I'm very satisfied with this beautiful timepiece.
