Twill Walking Skirt - Brown Cotton Blend

Skirt is pretty and fits well except for the length. I am about 5 ft 2 in and it appears I will need to hem the skirt 5 to 6 inches.

I would have preferred 100% cotton, but the poly-blend does wash and dry very well (and without wrinkles when line-dried damp). I have a 35" waist and the XL was too large, but too-large is easier to adjust and adding a petticoat and/or moving the buttons should help. I'm a leggy 5'7" and the skirt hits well (although I have yet to try it on with low-heeled boots).

I just purchased this for an event coming up and it fits great. A nice garment. I will purchase from you again.

This is a great skirt! Lots of fabric makes it easy to walk in.
I ordered 2 XL because I am big around and it fits great.
I will have to shorten the skirt because I am not a tall
person. I am pleased.

Great quality material.Hate that I have to alter length and lose the skirts fullness.

Very hearty skirt I thought it would be tea length but is was to the floor. Also thought it was bias cut but it was pleated. Returned and graciously refunded.....i had planned to hunt in it but too much skirt for easy movement

My only problem is that i am losing weight so another will have to be bought!

I really was impressed with this skirt quality. It is very long so I had to have it shortened but I always do. Other wise the fit was perfet! Very flattering with the somerset blouse's. Would work for a pioneer, victorian or old west look.

I was very impressed by the quality of this skirt. It is very well put together and has a good heavy feel about it. I bought this to wear to my daughter's Steampunk wedding but will be wearing it well beyond that because I love it. I will be wearing the tulle bustle skirt under it and a corset over it. It looks fantastic and I can't wait to wear it to the wedding. My husband will be wearing the brown cotton twill vest and trousers which match. I bought size XL as my waist size is 34". Because of the design, it is possible to add another button to make it a little larger or smaller. Very very happy!!

I really liked this skirt from the moment it arrived. It is well made, and the fabric quality is excellent. The buttons on the back allow for adjustment in the waist. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to make these in a petite length. At 5 feet and no inches tall, it was of course, too long. However, I am used to this, and it did not take long to re-hem it to an appropriate length. I highly recommend this skirt.

The skirt was exactly as in the picture. The material is durable and heavy. For the most part the stitching is very secure. (three stitches in the waist band unraveled but very easily fixed by even a complete sewing novice like me.). I am happy over all.

I was thrilled and delighted with my purchase and decided to go ahead and order a summer skirt as well. I liked the fit and the length was grand. I am a tour guide in costume and I also am involved in first person theater in our area, of women of the 1800's. I will enjoy the comfort of my new outfits. Thanks, so much!

This is a very nice skirt - well made, looks good and is a beautiful, rich brown color. I also own this style in the tan/khaki color. I like the option of the extra buttons in the back which allow for adjustment depending on whether you're wearing a blouse tucked in or an over blouse.

This skirt was a great value. The material kept me cool in the heat and warm in the chill of night. It also functioned as a blanket to sit on when wearing it and was very comfortable.

Quality item--worn as a costume in a play. Worn several times and skirt is absolutely well-made, of good quality material, and looks wonderful on. I may even wear it on other occasions as well.
