Adjustable braces crafted with durable elastic and finished with brown leather trim for timeless appeal. 

This pair of braces feature a Y-back design with 1 ½ inch elastic straps and leather accent pieces and leather attachment loops. Fully adjustable and one size fits most from 32" to 44" (short).

USA-made with antiqued metal trim. Note: Leather trim color may vary slightly from photo.

Short Suspenders - Sizing Notes
These suspenders are adjustable from 32" to 44". For elastic styles, this is an unstretched measurement.
They are made to fit men up to 6'0" with normal builds, or up to 5'9" with large builds. If you are big (2X or larger) or tall (over 6'0), you might prefer our standard suspenders, which are 9" longer.
Measuring for suspenders: To measure for suspenders, take a fabric tape measure and measure from the front suspender button, over the shoulder, to the rear button.

Great suspenders

I am tall and have a set of the longer suspenders, but they , like any elastic suspenders stretch, and it eventually placed the metal adjustment piece right on my shoulder and collar bone which was irritating. Bought the shorter ones and they are perfect, even though I am 6’-2”.

Very low grade leather is used. This would only be useful for a costume; not for wearing normally. I also ordered all leather suspenders and was similarly disappointed.

good braces

These are good braces. I got the shorter ones which work a bit better with high-waisted trousers. It would be ideal, however, if the Emporium carried braces/suspenders specifically designed for high-waisted trousers (e.g. with shorter runner ends etc.)
