Blooming with vintage style, the Rowena Blouse is a quiet beauty with an air of bygone grace. Light, romantic, and effortlessly wearable, it brings soft Victorian charm to both everyday wear and period-inspired looks.

This light and airy velvet corduroy blouse features full sleeves gathered at the shoulders and wrists for gentle volume, along with petite iridescent buttons at the cuffs and along the full button front. Unlike the heavy corduroy of decades past, this fabric is soft, lightweight, and drapes beautifully for a flattering silhouette.

Made from an extra-soft velvet corduroy blend of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Imported. Hand wash recommended. Length measures approximately 20 inches.

I purchased the blouse for an annual Victorian Feast that takes place in our historical state park every year. I typically wear a medium in women's but ordered a large. I'm glad I did because it fits with very little wiggle room.

No occasion but I may wear it during the Xmas holidays . it's pretty and feminine and will go well with either a long skirt or a pair of pants.

Very cute blouse, true to size. Lots of buttons but I am able to put it over my head so I don't have to unbutton everything. Will be fun with black skirt and a cute little fascinator hat.

Lovely blouse, tiny buttons

I jumped at this blouse because it was something different in an attractive color, and the price was great. As usual with HE, the size was right on and it shipped very quickly.
This is a stretchy synthetic. It does have an appealing "corduroy" look to it. The color is dark teal - very nice. However, the buttons are numerous and tiny and hard to fasten and unfasten. If you have fine motor issues or arthritis, you will have a very hard time with this blouse. This is less a complaint than an observation. I had a very difficult time with the buttons, and I have no fine motor or vision issues. Buyer be advised.
That said, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this blouse - with that one important caution about the buttons.
