Traditional Cutaway Morning Coat - Charcoal

I am enjoying wearing this coat around here and there for no good reason. Deservingly cool! Made of a rather strange cloth, in the way it behaves; rather reminiscent of the state of affairs in the textile industry of forgotten days.

Our grand daughter has chosen the theme of late Victorian for her wedding. Her colors are red and Gold. The first coat, shirt and pants that I ordered were too big and I needed to return them for the next smaller size. The exchange was accomplished within 5 days. A company rep. was very helpful when I called about the problem. The replacement garments are a good fit although I will need a small alteration to the vest because my middle is larger than my chest. Quality & workmanship of clothing is excellent and I expect that they will last for many years.... and Never go out of style. Thank you! I plan to order additional items in future.

Fits well, but I am looking for an all-wool morning coat.

I needed a new coat to finish off my outfit for a special event celebrating the 50th anniversary of Dickens on the Strand this year. This cutaway morning coat fit well, has classic style, and was just what I was looking for to feel like a gentleman for the evening.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I'd never ordered from historical emporium. This coat is beautiful and I will definitely be using this company for more of my costuming needs. I received the order very quickly and am very pleased with the purchase. The coat has excellent quality!

Fairly expensive for a cotton/poly coat, but it looks pretty good. We will see how it holds up over time.

Right from the box, my new coat looked great, and exactly like what I wanted. As I tried it on, it actually fit perfectly. It's going to be hard to wait till the Christmas Candlelight Tour of Homes to wear it, but I'll try... I would recommend this coat to anyone interested in stepping back in time for Events.

Fantastic Quality

I ordered this cutaway coat in Charcoal because they did not have my size (50) in Black. When the coat arrived, I tried it on and found that the coat was too large. I sent it back and exchanged it for a 48, and this time in black since they had that in stock. It arrived today and am happy to say that the fit is wonderful.
